Shelf life: 
12 days at room temperature / 20 days refrigerated
 
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once sliced, reseal in an airtight container to maintain freshness. If refrigerated, bring back to room temperature so the brigadeiro becomes soft again. Dryness over time is expected.
